Salon Policies

Cancellation and no show policy:

Every guest is very important to me, and I understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, I also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.

As a result, I respectfully request at least a 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give a 24 hour notice may result in a 50% charge of your booked service.  Any no-shows may be charged 100% of their service amount.

Late Policy:

Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please call me if you are going to be over 10 minutes late, so I can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment.

Refund Policy:

My goal is for each guest to love their hair results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s) this is my policy:

Services received cannot be refunded. I will gladly adjust any service you receive within 7 days of your appointment.  If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to my salon, so that your hair can be visually inspected. In that time I will make every effort to correct the problems to your satisfaction. With no additional charge to you.

Refunds for products purchased will only be considered within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if minimal to no product is missing and the product is in its original packaging.  Proof of purchase will be necessary for a refund.

Privacy Policy:

Information collected from the booking page or website is only used if I need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment, contact, or payment history. Your information is never sold or shared and is always kept private for your protection. I greatly appreciate all of your cooperation in providing me with the information I need to best serve you.

Other Salon Policies:

Age Requirements for services- Children 18 and younger do require a parent’s permission to receive hair services in my suite.

Children are welcome in my salon. Please remember that due to limited space and in order to preserve the peacefulness of our space, please find arrangements for your children if your service will exceed an hour.

Pets- are not allowed in my salon due to sanitation and allergy reasons. Service Animals are allowed with the proper documentation.

Right to refuse service- In order to maintain a high standard of service and provide a safe work environment, I have the right to refuse and discontinue service to my guest. Service may be denied to anyone who acts inappropriately or disrespectfully.

  Inappropriate behavior includes and is not limited to the following:

* unreasonable demands for service

* threatening or erratic behavior

*misrepresenting the needs for my service

*inappropriate physical contact

* personally threatening and offensive language
